The H28 is a 16 bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC), which employs a delta-sigma conversion technique. The resolution of the device is 14 bits. The H28 has low power consumption making it an ideal for battery powered systems. This is achieved due to the standby function in which the ADC is in power down mode between conversions. This allows current consumption values of 1.2 µA .
