The HRP gauge pressure sensor design is a small size, highly sensitive, reliable device with good linearity and sensitivity. This sensor offers excellent perfomance over its working temperature range.

The HSSXX SMD pressure sensor series is designed for pressure sensor systems with the highest demands on resolution and accuracy. The device consists of a pressure sensor die mounted on a 6.3 x 6.9 mm FR4 or ceramic carrier protected by a metal cap.

With pressure ranges from 0-2 bar to 0-400 bar the ME662 piezo resistive sensor is ideal for accurate printed circuit board mount pressure measuring applications. The combined linearity, hysteresis & repeatability of the device is 0.1% to 0.75% of full scale depending on the pressure range. Long term stability figures are typically less than 0.3% of full scale per year.
