    The CHT-ADC10 is a high-temperature, ultra-low-power, highly stable analog-to digital converter.

    This successive approximation ADC is based on an R-2R network and features 10 bits of resolution and a strictly monotonic characteristic from -55°C up to +225°C.

    An optional internal clock generator is included to provide standalone operation.   The IC includes Sample & Hold anda  μP interface with possibility of serial data transfer.  Both parallel and serial interfaces can be used simultaneously.

    A special control line allows for  doubling the frequency of the internal clock generator for reduced throughput time.  The maximum sampling rate is 25kS/s.

    Several input ranges are available from -15V up to +10V.

    The CHT-ADC10 is latch-up free and the fabrication technology guarantees a high reliability at extreme temperatures.

    The CHT-NILE is a high-temperature, low-power, 8-bit programmable threshold comparator which compares an analog input against a 8-bit resolution portion of the 5V reference voltage based on an R-2R network, and features a strictly monotonic characteristic from -55°C up to +225°C.

    The CHT-NILE is a continuous time device and is able to provide a valid output within 2.6μsec for a 10mV comparator overdrive. Several input ranges are available from -15V up to +10V.

    VOLGA: High Temperature High-Speed, Rail-to-Rail Comparator

    The CHT-VOLGA is a single high-speed comparator which operates from a single +5V ±10% power supply, with rail-to-rail input / output.  

    It features a shut-down mode, controllable through an Enable digital input pin that places the device in a low power consumption mode when the comparator function is not needed.  The comparator features an internal hysteresis (6mV Typ.) for improved noise immunity.

    The output stage implements a push/pull CMOS stage, that can sink or source up to 16mA.
