Isabellenhütte BVZ Series

The BVZ resistor series from Isabellenhütte offers 2-terminal surface-mount connection technology for current sensing applications. These resistors are ideally suited for mounting on DBC/IMS substrate. Developed with a high application temperature range of -65° to +170°, they offer power rating up to 13W and resistance values between 0.525mΩ and 3mΩ. The BVZ series from Isabellenhütte offers excellent long term stability.

  • 2-Terminal precision resistor with 4026 chip size
  • Select resistance values between 0.000525Ω and 0.003Ω are available
  • TCR value as low as <60 ppm/K (for resistances 0.0024Ω and 0.003Ω)
  • Application temperature range from -65°C to +170°C
  • Tolerances of ±1.0%, ±2.0% and ±5.0% available
  • Excellent long term stability
  • Power rating up to 13W at +70°C (depending on the resistance value required)
  • Max. solder temperature of up to 350°C/20 min.(with hydrogen under vacuum)
