ICS-NH’s thin-film pressure sensors are engineered from 17-4 PH stainless steel, 316L, A286 or Hastelloy C22, with insulating and functional layers sputtered directly onto the metal diaphragm. This approach eliminates creeping effects and ensures exceptional long-term stability, radiation resistance and temperature endurance, operating from –200 °C to +260 °C making it ideal for cryogenic space environments.
Each sensor assembly is welded directly to the pressure port, guaranteeing hermetic sealing without additional materials and is laser-trimmed for highly balanced Wheatstone bridge outputs. These properties make ICS-NH devices exceptionally suited to long-duration space missions, fuel line pressure monitoring and high-accuracy differential measurements in orbital systems.
