High temperature voltage regulator

The NVE DC001-10E is a high voltage, low power voltage regulator IC designed to provide stable regulated supply in harsh and electrically noisy environments. With a wide input voltage range from 4.5V to 36V, it enables reliable operation in systems exposed to voltage fluctuations and transients. Delivering a regulated output of 3.3V with up to 20mA output current, the device is optimised for low power applications such as sensors and control electronics. Built-in protection features and strong immunity to electrical disturbances help protect sensitive downstream components. Designed for demanding environments, the regulator supports operation up to +170 °C. The compact TDFN6 package includes an exposed pad for efficient heat dissipation and reliable performance.
