ISAscale® Current & Voltage Measurement

The IVT series part of the ISAscale® range, is an intelligent, digital voltage and current sensors, which were developed for the precise current & voltage measurement of DC currents.

The IVT series is based on a modular principle and can be quickly adapted to customer applications. With a current measurement range of up to 2,500 A and a voltage measurement of up to 1,000 V, the IVT series is perfect for high-voltage applications or battery management systems.

At the same time, the IVT series also offers galvanic isolation of up to
1,000 volts. In addition to the current measurement, up to three measurement channels for high current and voltage measurement can be integrated through which the entire voltage of the battery stack, as well as the entire monitoring of the intermediate circuit voltage and relay functions occur.

Due to the programmable logic, additional functions are implemented, such as the temperature measurement of the busbars, the programmable overcurrent detection and other performance data.

Each measurement requires an appropriate measurement method. The ISAscale® product portfolio allows for a fast, precise and high-resolution recording of the measurement values and reports the calibrated readings either via CANBUS (DC) or Delta Sigma Modulator data stream (AC). For more information on the extended ISAscale® range, please speak to an advisor who will be happy to help.

Please be advised that due to the ongoing supply issues with raw materials affecting the global electronics industry, as well as an increase in orders received by our manufacturing partners, a large number of products are facing increased lead times in recent months. For the latest lead time and stock availability, please contact one of our engineers who will be happy to discuss lead times further and the potential for alternative parts.
