High precision thin film pressure sensor with 10 mm cup diameter, 1.6 bar to 2,500 bar ranges and stainless steel full-bridge construction.
The ICS-NH Type C10 is a high precision thin film pressure sensor designed for static and dynamic pressure measurement. It uses a strain gauge processed in thin film technology on stainless steel, with high precision resistors connected as a full Wheatstone bridge.
The sensor is supplied as a basic raw sensor without active amplification or compensation, giving design teams flexibility to implement their own signal conditioning and calibration architecture. With a 10 mm cup diameter and pressure ranges from 1.6 bar to 2,000 bar, the Type C10 supports a broad range of pressure measurement requirements. The sensor is manufactured from 17-4PH stainless steel (1.4548) and is designed to provide strong environmental protection with no bond creeping effects. The Type C10 offers multiple temperature class variants, with nominal operating temperature ranges from -20°C to +70°C through to -65°C to +260°C. Electrical performance includes a 5kΩ ±20% bridge resistance, nominal span of 2mV/V, TCR below <±25 ppm/℃, zero point below ±0.2mV/V, and isolating resistance(100VDC) above 10⁹Ω.
