The TRVF Series offers a pressure measurement range from 1 to 300 psi (0.07 to 20.7 bar), accommodating both absolute and gauge configurations. It maintains accuracy across a broad temperature spectrum, from -40°C to 150°C, ensuring consistent performance under extreme conditions.
Constructed with wetted materials such as silicon, glass, and ceramic, the TRVF sensors exhibit enhanced compatibility with various harsh media, including air, gases, and liquids. This material selection contributes to the sensor’s durability and longevity in challenging environments.
The sensor’s design incorporates a MEMS silicon die mounted atop a ceramic pressure port, facilitating backside pressure measurement. This configuration isolates the media to the ceramic, silicon, and die-bond materials, protecting the onboard electronics and ensuring measurement stability.
