The 9117 miniature moulded SIP reed relay series from Coto features an available coil voltage of 5VDC with a switching voltage of 100V, switching current of 0.25A, optional coil suppression diode which protects coil drive circuits and internal magnetic shielding which reduces interaction. The 9117 series relays are compact versions of Coto’s standard 9000 SIP’s using 47% less board space being 6.85mm(L) x 3.81mm(W) x 9.77mm(H) with high speed switching and high reliability. They have hermetically sealed contacts for long life and with a moulded thermoset body on integral lead frame design, the 9117 series relays are ideally suited to the needs of ATE applications and other high reliability test, measurement and telecommunications applications where high board density and long life are key requirements.
