The 9401 surface-mount reed relay series from Coto features available coil voltage options of 5VDC and 12VDC with a switching voltage of 200V, switching current of 0.5A. The 9401 reed relay offers low capacitance and a small surface package of 5.71mm(w) x 14mm(L). They have hermetically sealed contacts for long life and moulded thermoset body on integral lead frame design, high speed switching compared to electromechanical relays and high reliability. The 9401 series relays are ideally suited to the needs of radiofrequency (RF) equipment, automated test equipment, instrumentation and telecommunications requirements.
