The 9301 surface-mount reed relay series from Coto features available coil voltage options of 5VDC and 12VDC with a switching voltage of 200V, switching current of 0.5A. The 9301 reed relay offers load switching of 15W and a high dielectric strength of 500VDC between contacts. They have hermetically sealed contacts for long life and moulded thermoset body on integral lead frame design, high speed switching compared to electromechanical relays and high reliability. The 9301 series relays are ideally suited to the needs of automated test equipment, instrumentation and telecommunications requirements.
