The RESI PZFR Series is a precision foil chip resistor based on Z1 foil resistor technology, designed for applications requiring extremely stable resistance performance. The series is manufactured with foil material bonded to a ceramic substrate using a specialist bonding material, helping compensate for resistance changes caused by temperature variation and enabling ultra-low TCR performance. With a resistance range from 5Ω to 125kΩ, rated power from 0.1W to 0.75W, tightest tolerance of ±0.01% and TCR of ±2 ppm/℃, the PZFR Series is suitable for precision circuits where drift, tolerance and long-term stability are critical. Load life stability is specified at ±0.0025%, with operation from −55°C to +175°C. The resistor is laser trimmed to achieve tight tolerance and is designed to minimise common causes of resistance instability. With foil technology, low inductance and high insulation voltage, the PZFR Series is suitable for advanced electronic systems requiring stable resistance values over time.
