The Isabellenhütte ICD Series is a high-precision digital current measurement module designed to provide accurate, real-time monitoring of direct currents in both unidirectional and bidirectional systems. Housed in a compact and robust package, the ICD integrates a shunt-based sensing element, a 16-bit Sigma-Delta analog-to-digital converter (ADC), and advanced signal processing capabilities to deliver high-resolution current, voltage, and temperature readings. It is optimized for applications requiring fast and reliable feedback over a CANbus 2.0A/B interface, supporting transmission rates up to 1 Mbit/s.

The device is engineered for use in harsh electrical environments, with an input voltage range from 5.5 V to 26 V, and operational ambient temperatures from -40°C to +105°C. It measures current ranges up to ±500 A, with overcurrent events detectable up to 2500 A, making it suitable for high-load systems.
