Rhopoint Components is proud to announce its new exclusive UK distributorship for ICS-NH Industrial Consulting Sales, a German manufacturer specialising in advanced thin-film pressure and temperature sensor technologies designed for the most demanding aerospace and space applications.

Founded in 2008 and based in Berlin, ICS-NH has built a reputation as a trusted partner in high-reliability sensing, serving sectors including aerospace, medical, motorsport and industrial markets. The company’s EN 9100 (AS9100D equivalent) certification demonstrates its rigorous quality management and suitability for critical aerospace missions.

ICS-NH’s thin-film pressure sensors are engineered from 17-4 PH stainless steel, 316L, A286 or Hastelloy C22, with insulating and functional layers sputtered directly onto the metal diaphragm. This approach eliminates creeping effects and ensures exceptional long-term stability, radiation resistance and temperature endurance, operating from –200 °C to +260 °C making it ideal for cryogenic space environments.

Each sensor assembly is welded directly to the pressure port, guaranteeing hermetic sealing without additional materials and is laser-trimmed for highly balanced Wheatstone bridge outputs. These properties make ICS-NH devices exceptionally suited to long-duration space missions, fuel line pressure monitoring and high-accuracy differential measurements in orbital systems.
