Description
The RG3216 series of surface-mount thin film chip resistors from Susumu offer the designer an enhanced level of precision and reliability. The RG3216 series has a double layer of passivation to eliminate water ingress to the thin film element and with a 1206 chip size. The resistance values range from 10Ω to 5.1MΩ with the TCR range from ±5 ppm/°C (V) to ±50 ppm°C (Q) and the tolerance range from ±0.02% to ±0.5% (depending on the resistance value required). This resistor is AEC-Q200 compliant and has a high operating temperature of up to +155°C which makes this range suitable for automotive applications.
