The below table gives the full specifications of the Cissoid CHT-LDNS series:
1.|Vin| max=30V2. For -2.5V version, max current is 100mA3. Above +225°C (Tj), a minimum load current of few mA could be required
4. Max power dissipation depends on packaging
5. ppm are defined as [d(Vout)/d(T)]/Vout. For -15V mode, 40ppm corresponds to 600µV/°C
6. Defining “x” as the nominal voltage, the line regulation is better than x/5 mV/V for|Vin|>14V and better than x mV/V for |Vin|≤14V. For 2.5V output voltage version, line regulation is better than 8mV/V for |Vin|>14V and better than 3mV/V for |Vin|≤14V
7. This includes the packaging parasitic resistor
8. Defining “x” as the nominal voltage, the typical quiescent current at 2V dropout can be approximated as 2.95+x/13 in mA @ -55°C and 2.65+x/13 in mA at 225°C
9. Defining “x” as the nominal voltage, the minimum power supply rejection ratio is …(tbd)…
10 Defining “x” as the nominal voltage, typical noise level is …(tbd)…
11. short circuit current for 2.5V typical is 1A and max is 1.3A
