The SRT Microcéramique High Voltage SMD Pulse Energy Capacitor features a non-piezoelectric ceramic dielectric, offering high stability and a consistent capacitance value, even under demanding electrical conditions. Designed to operate in environments with temperatures up to 200°C, this capacitor is well-suited for harsh or thermally intensive applications. It is available in stacked configurations with J, L, or M lead options to accommodate different mounting and layout requirements. Depending on the configuration, the overall height is adjusted — with SRMC versions (1 or 2 chips) adding 1.8 mm, and SRHS (1 chip) or SRHD (2 chips) versions adding 1.3 mm to the base chip height. An optional thick-film bleed resistor with a protective glass cover can be included for controlled discharge. These capacitors are engineered for high-current, short-duration pulse performance and have been tested to withstand over one million pulse cycles without performance degradation, ensuring long-term reliability and durability in energy-intensive applications.
