The Susumu RGV Series are high-voltage, metal thin-film chip resistors designed for precision, long-term stability, and reliable performance in demanding electronic systems. Engineered using Susumu’s proprietary thin-film technology, the RGV series offers exceptionally low noise, stable resistance characteristics over time, and suitability for use in harsh environments. The devices incorporate inorganic passivation, ensuring excellent environmental resistance and superior long-term drift performance.

A key attribute of the RGV series is its high limiting element voltage, allowing operation where most conventional chip resistors fail. The largest size, RGV3225, supports up to 1000 V, making the series ideal for compact high-voltage designs. With ultra-low TCR values down to ±25 ppm/°C and tight resistance tolerances as low as ±0.1%, these resistors ensure measurement accuracy and predictable performance even during thermal cycling. Available in multiple case sizes such as 0603 (RGV1608), 0805 (RGV2012), 1206 (RGV3216) and 1210 (RGV3225), the RGV series provides flexibility for design engineers requiring both compact layouts and high operating voltages. The thin-film construction inherently offers anti-sulphur performance, making these resistors well suited for pollution-prone or industrial environments.
