NTC Chip Thermistor

The RESI TCTR Series is an SMD NTC thermistor designed for temperature detection, compensation and protection functions in compact electronic circuits. Manufactured using third-generation thick film sintering technology, the series provides stable temperature-dependent resistance characteristics across a broad R25 resistance range from 390Ω to 1.6MΩ. With B25/85 values from 2410K to 4800K, tightest R25 tolerance of ±1% and temperature detection tolerance of ±0.1%, the TCTR Series supports accurate temperature sensing in demanding circuit designs. Its compact 0402 to 0805 SMD/SMT package range makes it suitable for high-density PCB layouts. The series operates across -40°C to +125°C and is available with AEC-Q200 certification, with some products also UL1434 qualified. This supports use in automotive, industrial and electronic systems requiring reliable NTC thermistor performance.
