The CXT-PLA3BG07820R series is a high-power, three-phase IGBT module engineered by Cissoid for demanding conversion systems. It utilises the latest generation Trench Gate Field Stop (TG-FS) IGBT technology, delivering low saturation voltage, high current carrying capability and robust thermal performance in a compact form-factor. According to Cissoid’s product listing, this module is specified for up to 750 V maximum collector-to-emitter voltage and 820 A maximum current rating under specified conditions.
