At its core, the sensing element forms a complete Wheatstone bridge composed of highly stable thin-film resistors (nominal 5 kΩ) directly deposited onto the stainless-steel diaphragm. This monolithic construction eliminates adhesive interfaces, providing excellent long-term stability, minimal drift, and outstanding resistance to environmental influences such as temperature cycling and vibration. Typical performance includes a nominal bridge output of approximately 2 mV/V, resistor temperature coefficient (TCR) under ± 25 ppm/K, zero offset within ± 0.2 mV/V, and a temperature coefficient of span (TCS) between 0.01–0.03 %/K. The sensor demonstrates high insulation resistance (> 10⁹ Ω at 100 V DC) and resilience to overpressure, ensuring consistent operation in extreme conditions.
