The NVE ABL015-00E analog gear tooth sensors are versatile, wide airgap typically used with ferromagnetic gears and bias magnets. The sensor elements are spaced at 0.5mm for use with a recommended gear pitch of between 1.5mm to 2.5mm and an operating frequency of 1MHz. The ABL015 series from NVE uses differential sensor elements that provide sinusoidal outputs and is a dual bridge sensor producing sine and cosine waveforms at the output to provide gear tooth direction information.
