Surface-mount high temperature metal thin film chip resistor network

The RGA1005 series of high temperature thin film chip resistors from Susumu, which offer the designer an enhanced level of precision, reliability and expands on the original RG series by offering a maximum operating temperature of up to 230°C in a 0402 chip size. The RGA1005 series has a double layer of passivation to eliminate water ingress to the thin film element and has resistance values that range from 10Ω to 100KΩ. Tolerances options available are ±0.1% (B) and ±0.5% (D), TCR values of ±10 ppm/°C (N) and ±25 ppm/°C (P). This resistor is AEC-Q200 compliant and has a high operating temperature up to +230°C which makes this range suitable for automotive and downhole applications.
