Description

The RGT2012 series of thin film chip resistors from Susumu offer a wider temperature range of −55°C to +175°C with an enhanced level of precision and reliability in a 0805 chip size. The RGT2012 series has a double layer of passivation to eliminate water ingress to the thin film element and with resistance values that range from 10Ω to 2.7MΩ with tolerances of ±0.1% (B) and ±0.5% (D) and it is AEC-Q200 compliant.

  • Tolerance values available ±0.1% (B) and ±0.5% (D) (depending on the resistance value required)
  • TCR values available of ±10 ppm/°C (N) and ±25 ppm/°C (P) (depending on the resistance value required)
  • Maximum voltage of 150V
