* Custom configurations including military case sizes (RM0402, RM0603, RM0705, RM1206, RM2010 & RM2512) are available upon request The MCH military grade high voltage SMD resistor series from Exxelia Ohmcraft® offers voltage ratings of 150V to 5kV, power ratings of 0.04W to 2W and resistance ranges from 10kΩ up to 50GΩ all in small chip sizes. By utilising their patented Micropen® precision printing technology, they are able to provide superior precision, thick-film SMD resistors. MCH resistors offer very low noise, ultra-high stability with tolerances down to ±0.1%, TCR as low as ±25 ppm/°C and VCR down to 1 ppm/V. Exxelia Ohmcraft is able to screen and qualify their resistors to the following specifications: MIL-PRF-55342, MIL-PRF-49462, NASA EEE-INST-002 (Level 1 & 2).
