SRT Microcéramique’s SMD High Temperature Class I Capacitors are engineered for precision performance in extreme thermal environments where electrical stability, reliability, and low-loss operation are essential. Utilizing ultra-stable Class I dielectric materials such as NP0, these multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs) deliver minimal capacitance drift over temperature and frequency, making them ideal for high-reliability applications operating at elevated temperatures. Designed to withstand continuous operation up to 200°C, these capacitors maintain their electrical characteristics even under severe thermal cycling and vibration.

Available in capacitance values from 0.1pF to 330nF and voltage ratings from 10V to 2000V, they are particularly suited for high-frequency, precision analog, and RF circuitry in aerospace, automotive, and industrial environments. The use of Class I dielectrics results in negligible aging, outstanding linearity, and predictable temperature coefficients—±30ppm/°C—supporting precision timing, filtering, and frequency control.

Manufactured in industry-standard SMD case sizes (such as 0805, 1206, and 1210), these capacitors are tested to CECC 32100 standards and can be provided with AEC-Q200 qualification for automotive-grade use. Their rugged construction ensures high thermal and mechanical stability, even in challenging operating environments such as downhole electronics, aerospace systems, and under-the-hood automotive electronics.

    • ≤ 1.10-3 at 1Vrms and 1MHz for values ≤ 1000pF
    • ≤ 1.10-3 at 1Vrms and 1KHz for values > 1000pF
  • High insulation resistance:
    • 25°C/Un 105 MOhm or 1000 Ohm-Farad whichever is less
    • 200°C/Un 104 MOhm or 100 Ohm-Farad whichever is less
    • 250°C/Un 5×103 MOhm or 50 Ohm-Farad whichever is less
  • Tight tolerances available: ±0.1pF
  • Tested to CECC 32100; AEC-Q200 options available
