The ICS‑NH DPH 100 Series Differential Pressure Sensor is a robust SOI (Silicon‑on‑Insulator) based differential pressure sensor engineered for reliable performance over an exceptionally wide temperature range. Built with a 316L stainless steel housing and diaphragm, the sensor delivers accurate and stable differential pressure readings from 0 kPa up to 400 kPa, with a fast electrical response time of under 1 millisecond. Its isolated construction and wide supply voltage range from 3 V to 20 V DC make it suitable for integration into diverse industrial and scientific systems. The device has been tested to meet vibration standards defined in DO‑160 Cat. H and R, offering enhanced reliability in demanding environments. Typical outputs include high‑resolution millivolt signals with excellent repeatability and linearity across the operating range.
The DPH100 type differential pressure sensor is suited for use in a wide range of demanding environments, including pneumatic and hydraulic process control systems, fuel, oil and gas flow monitoring in automotive and transport applications, and pressure sensing in compressors, pumps and flow control equipment within the energy and utilities sector. It is also ideal for laboratory research and calibration systems requiring high measurement precision, as well as differential pressure monitoring in pipelines and separators across oil and gas operations.
ICS-NH specialises in high-precision sensing technology, providing advanced pressure, flow and temperature sensors for demanding environments. With expertise in thin-film sensor technology and certified to EN9100 aerospace standards, ICS-NH develops solutions that deliver exceptional accuracy, reliability and long-term stability in critical applications such as aerospace, industrial systems and energy sectors.
