SOI differential pressure sensor with 0 to 400kPa range, 300 bar static pressure capability and <1ms response. Features 75mVDC output, 316L stainless steel media contact and -65°C to +170°C operation.
The ICS-NH DPH 100 Series is an SOI-based differential pressure sensor designed for demanding applications requiring stable pressure measurement across an extremely wide operating temperature range. The sensor measures 0 to 400kPa differential pressure and uses an isolated construction with 316L stainless steel in media contact, making it suitable for gas, liquid, fuel and oil applications where material compatibility is required. Designed for wet-wet differential pressure measurement, the DPH 100 Series supports applications such as filter monitoring, volume measurement and flow measurement. The mechanical construction uses a 316L stainless steel diaphragm and housing, with flexible PTFE or silicone wiring options and an FVMQ O-ring seal. The sensor operates from a 3–20 V DC constant voltage power supply and provides a raw millivolt output, with a typical 75mVDC full-scale output. It offers a fast response time of <1ms, input and output impedance of 8 to 11kΩ, and has been vibration tested to DO-160 Cat. H and R.
