Description

The PAT4556 series are thin film precision chip attenuators from Susumu offers designers low noise and good high-frequency characteristics which makes it possible to handle circuits with different frequencies with ease. The Susumu PAT4556 series has a wider frequency range of DC∼10GHz and and is available in a chip size of 2218. The distribution of the signal terminals in the middle and ground terminals at the ends, are designed for easy integration to coaxial connectors.

  • Attenuation between 0dB∼10dB, 13dB, 16dB or 20dB
  • Attenuation tolerance values between ±0.1dB to ±0.5dB depending on the attenuation and frequency required
  • Impedance value of 50Ω
  • Operating frequency of DC∼10GHz
  • Rated power of 0.5W
  • Chip size 2218
  • Rated operating temperature +70°C
  • Temperature range is −55°C to +125°C

 

Susumu PAT4556 series thin film precision chip attenuators are ideal for the following applications:
