MCH Series Description

  • Military Grade High Voltage SMD Resistors
  • Voltage rating from 150V to 5kV
  • Power rating from 0.04W to 2W
  • Available in resistances between from 10kΩ to 50GΩ
  • Standard chip sizes of 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, 2010, 2512, 3512, 4020 & 5020
  • Tolerances as low as ±1% (between 10kΩ and 500MΩ)
  • TCR as low as ±50 ppm/°C (from +25°C up to +75°C, between 10kΩ and 100MΩ)
  • Ultra-high stability
  • Very low noise
  • Temperature range from -55°C up to +150°C

The MCH military grade high voltage SMD resistor series from Ohmcraft® offers voltage ratings of 150V to 5kV, power ratings of 0.04W to 2W and resistance ranges from 10kΩ up to 50GΩ all in small chip sizes. By utilising their patented Micropen® precision printing technology, they are able to provide superior precision, thick-film SMD resistors. MCH resistors offer very low noise, ultra-high stability with tolerances down to ±0.1%, TCR as low as ±25 ppm/°C and VCR down to 1 ppm/V. Ohmcraft’s military grade MCH resistors have an extended TCR temperature range (-55°C to +125°C) and are stringently inspected.
