    Description

    The RM3225 series thin film chip resistor networks from Susumu are designed with a variety of terminal and internal element layout options. They also offer tight relative tolerances down to ±0.01% (L) and a relative TCR as low as ±1 ppm/°C (X), all with the RG series equivalent reliability and long term stability. The Susumu RM3225 resistance values range from 100Ω to 500kΩ with a chip size of 1209, standard and custom circuit designs available.

    • Resistance values between 100Ω and 500kΩ available
    • Various terminal and internal element layout options
    • Power rating at 85°C for the element 0.033W, 0.05W, 0.066W, 0.1W depending on the design required and the package 0.2W
    • Absolute tolerance values available from as low as ±0.05% (W) and the relative tolerance from as low as ±0.01% (L)
    • Absolute TCR values available from ±5 ppm/°C (V) and the relative TCR values available from ±1 ppm/°C (X)
    • RG series equivalent reliability and long term stability is less than ±0.1% drift after 10000 hour stress test
    • Standard and custom circuit designs available
    • Chip size of 1209
    • AEC-Q200 compliant

    Susumu RM3225 series metal thin film chip resistor network cover the following applications:
