The Coto Technology 9105 Series High-Voltage Reed Relay is designed for reliable switching of high-voltage signals in compact electronic systems. Available in both surface-mount (SMD) and through-hole (DIP) packages, this relay combines compact size with high electrical isolation and switching capability. The device supports switching voltages up to 1 kV, with a breaking voltage of 4.25 kV and dielectric strength up to 7 kV, making it suitable for demanding applications requiring high insulation performance and reliable operation.
Hermetically sealed reed contacts ensure long service life and stable performance even in challenging environments. The molded thermoset body and integral lead frame design provide mechanical durability and excellent electrical isolation. Optional coil suppression diodes can be included to protect coil drive circuits from voltage transients and improve overall system reliability.
