The BVB current sensing precision resistor series from Isabellenhütte is made of composite material considered ideal for use on DBC or ceramic substrate. The BVB series offers a surface-mount, 4-terminal connection with excellent long term stability. This resistor series offers a range of resistance values from 0.0002Ω to 0.005Ω, with a power rating of up to 12W, all within a 2725 package size

  • 4-terminal current sensing resistor
  • Surface-mount design
  • Resistance values of 0.0002Ω to 0.005Ω
  • Tolerance of ±1% and ±5%
  • TCR of <±20ppm/°C for 0.0002Ω and 0.0005Ω, <±50ppm/°C between 0.001Ω and 0.005Ω (+20°C to +60°C)
  • Temperature range from -65°C to +170°C
  • Power rating 12W (at 70°C) and up to 5W (at 100°C)
  • Inductance of <3nH
