Description

The BVB surface-mount resistor series from Isabellenhütte is made of composite material considered ideal for use on DBC or ceramic substrate. The BVB series from Isabellenhütte offers 4-terminal connection and has excellent long term stability with a range of resistance values from 0.0002 to 0.005Ω within a 2725 chip size

  • 4-terminal cureent sensing resistor
  • A select range of resistance values of between 0.0002Ω and 0.005Ω are available
  • Surface-mount design
  • Power rating 12W (at 70°C) and up to 5W (at 100°C)
  • TCR <20ppm/K for 0.0002Ω and 0.0005Ω, <50ppm/K between 0.001Ω and 0.005Ω (between +20°C and +60°C)
  • Applicable temperature range from -65°C to +170°C
  • ±1% and ±5% tolerance options available (depending on the resistance values required)
  • AEC-Q200 qualified
  • 2725 chip size
