Using Class II dielectric materials such as X7R, this series offers excellent capacitance density, making it ideal for filtering, decoupling, and energy storage in demanding power systems. These capacitors are available in voltage ratings from 1kV up to 15kV, with capacitance values ranging from 6.8pF to 10µF, depending on case size and dielectric type.

Designed to deliver high volumetric efficiency, these MLCCs offer dissipation factors of ≤2.5%, insulation resistance ≥10⁵ MΩ or 1000Ω-Farad, and support operating temperatures from -55°C to +125°C. While Class II ceramics exhibit greater capacitance change over temperature and voltage than Class I, they are well-suited for general-purpose high-voltage circuits where high capacitance in a small footprint is a priority.

These components are tested to CECC 32100 and AEC-Q200 qualification, ensuring suitability for automotive and other high-reliability environments.
