High Voltage N2T SMD Capacitor

SRT Microcéramique’s SMD High Voltage N2T Capacitors are designed for high-reliability applications requiring excellent thermal stability, low loss, and high insulation resistance in compact SMD formats. Utilizing a Class I N2T dielectric, these capacitors offer a negative temperature coefficient (NTC) of capacitance, providing ultra-stable electrical behaviour across a wide range of frequencies and temperatures.

Capacitance values range from 1pF to 3.3µF , with voltage ratings from 1kV up to 15kV, making them ideal for RF, timing, and precision analogue applications in high-voltage environments. These capacitors deliver consistent and predictable performance, even in harsh thermal and electrical conditions.

The capacitors are available in standard SMD case sizes from 0805 up to 80150, tested to CECC 32100 specifications. Their high insulation resistance (25°C/Un 105 MOhm or 1000 Ohm-Farad) ensures long-term reliability, and they are capable of operating in temperatures from -55°C to +125°C.
