The CS50 non-incendive pressure transducer series from Core Sensors is a high strength sensor designed for use in hazardous areas with various CSA and ANS/UL approvals. Available with pressure ranges from 50 PSI to 30,000 PSI with an accuracy of ≤ ±0.25% BFSL. The CS50 from Core is all welded stainless steel construction with a selection of electrical outputs including 4-20mA, 1-5V, 1-6V, 0.5-.ratiometric or 0.5-2.5V non-ratiometric. A choice of process connections and wetted materials are also available with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +80°C.

  • Approvals CSA Class I, Division2, Groups A,B,C,D T4. ANSI/UL 122701 single seal. ABS (American bureau of shipping)

  • Accuracy of ≤ ±0.25% BFSL
  • Burst pressure of 5x or 60,000 PSI whichever is less
  • Stability (1 year) of ≤ ±0.25% of FS
  • Pressure cycles of 100 million
  • Electrical output options of 4-20mA,1-5V, 1-6V, 0.5-4.5V ratiometric or 0.5-2.5V non-ratiometric
  • Reverse polarity protection and EMI protection
  • One piece design
  • Various wetted materials available in 316L SS, 17-4PH, Hastelloy C276 (special order item) and Inconel 718 (special order item)
