Description

The PFU high power, high voltage and very low inductance resistor series from Riedon have a rated power come in a 800W or 1000W option. These resistors are available with a resistance range between 0.5Ω and 1MΩ, tolerance of 5% and TCR as low as ±100 ppm/K between 1Ω and 1MΩ. These power film resistors offer very low inductance (108nH, terminal to terminal) and are vibration proof. They require mounting on a suitable heat sink (see data sheet for calculations) and liquid cooling is highly recommended.

  • High power and high voltage resistors
  • High power rating of 800W or 1000W
  • Resistance range between 0.5Ω to 1MΩ
  • Resistance value series E24+ (2Ω and 5Ω are also available)
  • Very low inductance (108nH terminal to terminal)
  • Vibration proof
  • Thermal resistance 0.10°C/W
  • Tolerance ±5% (J)
  • TCR of ±100 ppm/°C between 1Ω and 1MΩ, and ±200 ppm/°C 1Ω (for -55°C to +155°C)
  • Temperature range −55°C to +175°C
