Core Sensors CS10 series

The CS10 industrial pressure transducer series from Core Sensors is designed for demanding applications by offering a robust package and a variety of customisations to suit various requirements. Available with pressure ranges from vacuum to 40,000 PSI and utilising Mems silicon strain gauges mounted to a stainless steel or nickel alloy sensing element. The CS10 from Core offers ASIC electronics with analog voltage or 4-20mA loop powered output signals, with various process connections available in 17-4ph, 316L or nickel alloy including Hastelloy C276 and Inconel 718. Core Sensors CS11 series

The CS11 compact media isolated pressure sensor series from Core Sensors is designed with a silicone sensing element which is isolated by a fluid filled cavity. Available with pressure ranges from 0-2 up to 2,000 PSI and with an accuracy of ≤ ±0.2% BFSL. The CS11 from Core offers a 10 mV/V output signal and either 316L SS or Hastelloy C276 wetted material for compatibility in a variety of medias and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +120°C. The CS11 sensor is an economical choice in applications with minimal installation space.

Core Sensors CS12 series

The CS12 OEM submersible pressure transducer series from Core Sensors is designed for liquid level measurement applications. Available with pressure range from 1 to 100 PSI and constructed using stainless steel (316L and 304) with an extruded EFTE cable jacket allows for installation in a variety of liquids. The CS12 from Core is available with various output signals of 4-20mA, 1-5V and 0.5-4.5V ratiometric, the precision welds and a high strength cable gland prevent liquids from entering the electronics. This sensor series has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with an accuracy of ≤ ±0.25% BFSL.

The CS13 slim OEM submersible pressure transducer series from Core Sensors is designed for liquid level measurement applications. The CS14 wet/wet differential pressure transducer series from Core Sensors is designed for various applications including filtration and tank monitoring. The options include differential pressure ranges of up to 300 PSI, both male and female 1/4” NPT process connections, choice of voltage and 4-20mA loop powered output signals. The CS14 from Core comes with a 316L SS oil filled sensor element which provides excellent stability over a wide operating temperature range of −40°C to +105°C while offering corrosion resistance against various liquids and gases by offering a robust package with an accuracy of ≤ ±0.4% BFSL. Cynergy3 ILLS Series

The ILLS series of submersible tank gauging level transmitters from Cynergy3 utilises piezo-resistive silicon sensing technology to achieve better level of control and measurements for small tanks (1m to 10m high), while ensuring excellent stability, repeatability and resolution. The probe is isolated by a stainless steel diaphragm as well as steel housing, designed for continuous submersion in liquids. This level transmitter offers accuracy below 0.5% of the full scale BFSL, with each device being temperature compensated, calibrated and fully traceable.

Cynergy3 IWPT Series

The IWPT series of wireless industrial pressure transducers from Cynergy3 utilises piezo-resistive thick film ceramic sensor to offer an excellent cost effective alternative to traditional wired transducers in inaccessible or expensive installation environments. The sensors feature accuracy as low as <±0.25% of the full scale (BFSL), selection of pressure ranges from -1 to +400 bar gauge and up to 750m line-of-sight range. The IWPT series' user selectable features include transmission update rates, output (1-5V or 4-20mA) and configuration (single or 5 channel; depending on receiver used). The IWPT series is designed to be paired with one of the IWR family of wireless receivers for simple plug-and-play pressure measurement solution; a swivel adaptor is available to allow easy alignment of the head with the receiver. The sensors are housed within a 316 stainless steel body, making them suitable to use with liquids and gases. Each device comes temperature compensated, calibrated and fully traceable.
