Description

The MS surface mountable low to medium pressure sensor series from Merit SensorTM is a surface-mountable pressure monitoring device suitable for low to medium pressure applications. This pressure sensor series offers a pressure range from 15psi to 500psi with an operating temperature of −40°C to +85°C and a full scale output range from 75mV to 175mv (depending on the pressure range). The MS series from Merit SensorTM products incorporate a proprietary Sentium® technology, developed to provide a best-in-class
operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, superior stability and is a leader in piezoresistive pressure sensing and partners with clients to create high performing solutions for a variety of applications and industries.

  • Surface mountable low to medium pressure sensor
  • Pressure ranges available 15psi, 50psi, 100psi, 300psi and 500psi
  • Absolute and gauge options available
  • Temperature range −40°C to +85°C
  • Typical full scale output (at 5V excitation) 75mV at 15psi, 125mV at 50psi, 150 mV at 100psi and 300psi, 175mV at 500psi
  • Impedance of 5kΩ (typical) or 3.5kΩ (optional)
  • Suitable for clean, dry air and non-corrosive gases media
  • Package designs include with or without gel cover, ceramic cap or round ceramic chimney
