The 9290 surface-mount reed relay series from Coto features available coil voltage options of 5VDC and 12VDC with a switching voltage of 200V, switching current of 0.5A. The 9290 reed relay offers a low profile of 4.9mm max height, external magnetic shield and 50Ω coaxial shield for RF and fast rise time pulse switching. They have hermetically sealed contacts for long life and moulded thermoset body on integral lead frame design, high speed switching compared to electromechanical relays and high reliability. The 9290 series relays are ideally suited to the needs of automated test equipment, instrumentation and telecommunications requirements.
