Isabellenhütte BVT Series
The BVT resistor series from Isabellenhütte offers 2-terminal surface-mount connection technology for current sensing applications. Developed with a high application temperature range of -65° to +170° due to its special design, with a power rating up to 6W and selective resistance values available are between 0.0003Ω and 0.068Ω. The BVT series from Isabellenhütte offers excellent long term stability.
  • 2-Terminal precision resistor with 2512 chip size
  • Suitable for 4 pad layout
  • Continuous current load up to 100A (0.0003Ω)
  • Select resistance values between 0.0003Ω and 0.0068Ω are available
  • TCR value from ±50 ppm/K (between +20°C and +60°C)
  • High application temperature range from -65°C to +170°C due to its special design
  • Tolerance ±1.0% and ±5.0% (depending on the resistance value required)
  • Excellent long term stability
  • Power rating up to 6W at +70°C (depending on the resistance value required)
  • AEC-Q200 qualified
