Description

The PFC thick film SMD power resistor series from Riedon offers a very low profile and utilises the D-PAK Foot Pattern. The resistance values range from 0.1Ω to 51kΩ with a power rating of 25W (35W achievable with active cooling on a heat sink). The PFC series from Riedon offers a very low inductance of 15nH, a tolerance as low as 1% and TCR of 100ppm/°C.

  • Resistance range 0.1Ω to 51kΩ, nominal E24+ (includes 2.5, 4.0, 5.0, 8.0 and 16)

  • Inductance as low as 15nH
  • Standard tolerance options ±1% or ±5% (others available upon request)
  • TCR of ±100ppm/°C
  • Temperature range −55°C to +155°C
  • Isolated back plate
